3. Prescription & Medical Requirements
Schedule 1 Products: Any order for Schedule 1 controlled medications requires a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare practitioner. CPSA will verify all prescriptions before dispensing.
Lawful Use Only: You agree not to use CPSA's services to obtain medications for illegal purposes or to distribute controlled substances illegally.
Practitioner Responsibility: Healthcare professionals who use our services are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable medical and pharmaceutical regulations.
4. Healthcare Professional Portal
Access to the Doctor Portal is restricted to licensed healthcare professionals. By accessing this portal, you warrant that:
- •You are a licensed healthcare professional in South Africa
- •You will use the portal only for legitimate patient care purposes
- •You will not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- •You will keep your account information secure
- •You understand that your account may be suspended or terminated for misuse
5. Patient Script Submission
Prescription Verification: CPSA will verify that submitted prescriptions are authentic and from licensed practitioners before dispensing any medications.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your prescription is accurate and current. If your prescription has expired or been superseded by your doctor, please inform CPSA immediately.
Pricing: Pricing for patient orders is not displayed during prescription submission to comply with Schedule 1 requirements. CPSA will provide a detailed quote before finalizing your order.
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing Accuracy: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Pricing is subject to change without notice. Healthcare professional (doctor) pricing is separate from retail (patient) pricing.
Payment Terms: Healthcare professionals operate on account terms (typically 30-60 days). Patients must pay via EFT or pre-authorized payment before orders are processed.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, CPSA reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold orders until payment is received.
7. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Estimates: Turnaround times (typically 1-2 days for compounding) are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. CPSA will notify you of any delays.
Risk of Loss: Items remain CPSA's responsibility until collected or delivered to your specified address.
Collection vs. Delivery: You are responsible for arranging collection or paying delivery fees. CPSA is not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including:
- •MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- •NON-INFRINGEMENT of third-party rights
- •ACCURACY or completeness of content
- •SECURITY or uninterrupted access to services

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPSA, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of CPSA or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, please contact us first to attempt resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to South African law.

CPSA compounds medications to order but does not provide medical advice. Information on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
